The Certification Maintenance program links AICP-certified planners to education and training opportunities so they may earn mandatory credits and remain current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.

Download the form to apply for Certification Maintenance (CM) credits for educational opportunities, please complete the below form and email it to The form will then be sent to the Chapter’s Professional Development Officer (PDO) for review and approval. All CM Forms are then sent to APA for approval. Once approved the event will be listed on APA’s site as well as APA Indiana’s site. Please let us know if you have any questions.
