Award Opportunities
(non-IPA)
Companies to Watch (CTW) Awards Program Purdue University is partnering with the Edward F. Lowe Foundation and the Indiana Small Business Development Center Network to bring the Companies to Watch (CTW) Awards Program to Indiana (see attached Fact Sheet). However, this 3-way partnership needs your support and assistance. CTW is a nationally acclaimed award program that brings recognition to second stage companies. Research clearly shows the vital role played by second stage companies as the vital growth element in today’s economy. Acknowledging and celebrating this size of firm/enterprise and creating broader awareness about the importance of an “entrepreneurial culture” in Indiana is what CTW is all about. Right now we are at a critical juncture…..the cutoff date for nominating second stage companies is April 18. The nomination process is extremely simple and quick. Companies that are nominated then have until May 2 to apply. Please help in the nomination process in two important ways: 1. Nominate companies you think are deserving. 2. Spread the word about Companies to Watch through your various networks, including newsletters or publications you or others may have access to…or simply forwarding my message to others. The program seeks nominations and companies from a wide range of industries representing all regions of the state. Information about Indiana CTW and the nomination and application process can be found at http://companiestowatch.org/index.ctw?page=statement&part=whatis&aff=Indiana
